A Very Cozy, Very Italian Happy Hour is our ode to autumn in Italy - the grape harvest, the olive harvest, crisp afternoons in the fields, and the very good reason to come home hungry and thirsty.

Join us for an afternoon of Italian-inspired cocktails, seasonal bites, and handmade pasta with our pal Julie of Nourishing Notes. We’ll kick things off with an aperitivo before diving into two hands-on cocktail demos, followed by a fresh pasta demonstration and tasting with Julie.

She’ll show us how to make traditional egg-and-flour pasta entirely by hand using just a rolling pin - no pasta machine required! She’ll also share how to naturally color pasta dough using ingredients like tomato paste.
