In partnership with our pal Julie of Nourishing Notes, this evening explores the foundations and flavors of Italy’s most beloved pre-dinner ritual. Together, we’ll explore regional aperitivo cocktails paired with delicious Italian bites, all while exploring the rich history of aperitivo culture. The experience also includes a live pasta-making demonstration from Julie, with fresh pasta served alongside our final cocktail.
