Spend an evening exploring the history, technique, and cocktails of Tiki with Alex Enriquez, a member of the Home Bar team and longtime Tiki expert. 

Alex has helped open two of Chicago’s most respected Tiki bars, Three Dots and a Dash and Lost Lake, and brings years of experience behind the bar to this hands-on class.

We’ll dig into the ingredients, techniques, and ideas behind classic Tiki cocktails, with plenty of tasting along the way. You’ll learn how to balance rum, citrus, syrups, spices, and tropical flavors, and leave with a better understanding of what makes these cocktails work.
